The workshop aims to discuss the science program and instruments elaborated for the ELI-NP facility based on the TDR's which are under completion. The TDR's have reached their final stage of completion and they will contain the main instrumentation that will be needed at ELI-NP for experiments with the 2 x 10 PW high power laser system and the high brilliance gamma beam system starting from 2017 - 2018. It is intended that status reports on the ELI-NP facility under construction as well as on each TDR will be presented. The presentations will be followed by discussions on how to properly interface and finalize all the developments at ELI-NP in view of the TDRs submission for scientific evaluation in spring 2015.

The meeting will focus on discussions among all the working groups. Participation to the workshop is by invitation only. People interested to participate shall contact the workshop organizers at tdr-final@eli-np.ro. The completed versions of the TDR's for the ELI-NP facility will be available in January 2015.
