On October 1 and 2, 2021, the meeting of the International Scientific Advisory Board of ELI-NP took place. During the meeting the researchers from ELI-NP presented the implementation status of the ELI-NP project and the results of the first experiments with high power lasers, as well as the perspectives of the scientific program of the ELI-NP research infrastructure.
The chairman of the committee, Prof. Dr. Muhsin Harakeh (KVI-CART and University of Groeningen, the Netherlands), and Prof. Dr. Christoph Scheidenberger (University of Giessen and GSI, Germany), member of the committee, attended the meeting in person and visited the experimental halls. They expressed their satisfaction with the progress made in implementing the project.
