A Memorandum of Understanding between ELI-NP Magurele, Okamoto Optics and the Institute of Laser Engineering, Osaka University was signed on March 6th, 2023, at the Embassy of Romania in Japan. The MoU aims at facilitating the construction of a high power optics center at ELI-NP.
