Extreme Light Infrastructure - Nuclear Physics (ELI-NP) has pulled the
wraps off a new portable and modular Data Center. With this modular,
prefabricated container structure, the world's most powerful
short-pulsed laser system ensures high standard protection for its IT &
technology investment.
The container is equipped with 8 racks(42U) with In-Row cooling, along
with 90kVA UPS (N+1 redundancy). The capacity for hosting IT equipment
can be expanded by 25% if the data processes involved requires.
With this data center solution, ELI-NP, the winner of the Energy Globe
Award 2022, just added to its recognized energy efficiency
infrastructure portfolio. Containerized data centers are designed with
energy efficiency and sustainability in mind, using advanced cooling
