Indian researchers from ELI-NP have been invited to an "Indian community meeting" in Bucharest with Her Excellency Mrs. Droupadi Murmu, the President of India. The President was on a state visit to Romania during July 23rd-25th, 2026.
During her state visit, several bilateral agreements have been signed between India and Romania in the fields of science and technology, education and culture, sports and trade to further strengthen the Indo-Romania relationship.
